In this session, the presenter will describe the origin story of "Magic Day," a company-wide event that was developed to have all employees come together and work on automation and business improvement. In light of the experience of evolving automation cafes to a community of practice that occurs every week and eventually to an innovation event for an entire day, this session will explore how dedicating time to collaboration, experimentation, and learning can lead to organizational change.
