The SSH LIVE exists to create better outcomes through thoughtful, honest dialogue between leaders navigating complexity.

It is a curated, in-person space for shared learning, challenge, and reflection.

By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to participate in the spirit outlined below.

Better – Quality of Conversation

We prioritise depth over performance.

You agree to:

  • Listen with curiosity.

  • Contribute thoughtfully and respectfully.

  • Avoid dominating the discussion.

We design this day intentionally. Help us maintain the quality of the room.

Value – Real, Practical Learning

This is a working space, not passive content consumption.

You agree to:

  • Come prepared to reflect on real challenges.

  • Share experiences honestly where appropriate.

  • Focus on practical application, not abstract theory.

  • Respect others who are doing the same.

This gathering is designed to create meaningful dialogue in a professionally governed environment.

 

As an attendee, you agree to:

  • Share responsibly, without disclosing confidential or commercially sensitive information

  • Respect organisational, legal, and venue boundaries

  • Engage in a way that maintains the integrity of the environment

  • Follow reasonable guidance from organisers and event staff

 

Safer means responsibly participating in a way that protects the experience for everyone in the room.

Happier – Sustainable, Humane Interaction

We believe in better outcomes for all and a more humane world of work.

You agree to:

  • Show professionalism and integrity.

  • Contribute to a constructive atmosphere.

  • Help create an environment where people feel welcome and included.

 
Participation Principles

To create a high-quality environment for shared learning at Sooner Safer Happier Live, we ask all attendees to:

  • Engage with curiosity, respect, and professional integrity

  • Be open to different perspectives, experiences, and approaches

  • Contribute constructively to discussions and dialogue

  • Share insights in a way that supports collective learning

  • Focus on outcomes that benefit the wider community, not just individual interests

  • Be honest, transparent, and thoughtful in contributions

 

Unacceptable Behaviour

We have zero tolerance for behaviour that undermines a safe and productive environment. This includes:

  • Discriminatory or offensive conduct (including but not limited to sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or ableist behaviour)

  • Harassment of any kind, whether public or private

  • Sexualised language or unwanted advances

  • Threatening or violent language, imagery, or behaviour

  • Personal attacks, dismissive behaviour, or disrespectful engagement

  • Disruption of sessions, excessive self-promotion, or dominating discussions

  • Sharing confidential or private information without permission

  • Recording, copying, or distributing content without consent

  • Any behaviour that compromises the integrity or purpose of the event

  • Unauthorized copy or distribution of someone else's work

  • Publicly sharing information explicitly intended to be private

  • Abuse of Sooner Safer Happier Community resources for personal or unrelated gains

Safeguarding the Environment

If you observe behaviour that does not align with these principles, please speak to a member of the organising team.

All concerns will be taken seriously and handled with discretion.


We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removing individuals from the event and or community where necessary.

Event Terms & Conditions

 

Event Overview

 

The SSH LIVE is a one-day, in-person event taking place on 9 September 2026  in London.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

Ticket Purchase & Confirmation

  • Your place is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

  • A confirmation email will be sent following payment.

  • Tickets may not be shared or resold without prior written consent.

  • We reserve the right to cancel unpaid reservations after a stated holding period - 14 days.

 
Pricing & VAT

  • All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure correct billing details are provided at time of purchase.

  • Any promo codes must be applied at checkout in order to be eligible. 

 
Refunds & Transfers

 

You can choose one of these models depending on your commercial preference:

  • Tickets are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase (in line with UK consumer regulations), provided the event has not already taken place.

  • After 14 days, tickets are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.

  • Due to the curated nature of this event, tickets are non-transferable. Please contact the organiser to discuss options. 

The organiser is not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

 
Programme Changes

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend the agenda

  • Substitute speakers

  • Adjust session timings

  • Change the venue (within reasonable proximity)

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

 
Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue closure

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport disruption

In such cases, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date where possible.

 
Liability

  • The organiser’s total liability shall not exceed the ticket price paid.

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk.

 
Photography & Recording

 

The event will be photographed and/or recorded.

By attending, you consent to the use of images and recordings for:

  • Promotional purposes

  • Community communications

  • Archival use

 

If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify the organiser on / prior to arrival.

 
Data Protection

Personal data collected during booking will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will use your information solely for:

  • Event administration

  • Relevant communications related to the event

  • Future SSH communications (where consent is given)

 
Right of Admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who breaches the Code of Conduct.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
