Better – Quality of Conversation

We prioritise depth over performance.

You agree to:

  • Listen with curiosity.

  • Contribute thoughtfully and respectfully.

  • Avoid dominating the discussion.

We design this day intentionally. Help us maintain the quality of the room.

Value – Real, Practical Learning

This is a working space, not passive content consumption.

You agree to:

  • Come prepared to reflect on real challenges.

  • Share experiences honestly where appropriate.

  • Focus on practical application, not abstract theory.

  • Respect others who are doing the same.

Sooner – Momentum Over Perfection

We believe progress beats polish.

You agree to:

  • Embrace experimentation.

  • Be open to challenge.

  • Support others in taking practical next steps.

This is a space for thinking differently and acting sooner.

Safer – Clear Boundaries and Responsible Participation

This gathering is designed to create meaningful dialogue in a professionally governed environment.

As an attendee, you agree to:

  • Respect the boundaries set by the organisers and venue.

  • Follow instructions related to safety, security, and event management.

  • Respect confidentiality when sensitive organisational examples are shared.

  • Refrain from behaviour that undermines the integrity or safety of the environment.

  • Comply with any reasonable requests from event staff.

Safer means responsibly participating in a way that protects the experience for everyone in the room.

Happier – Sustainable, Humane Interaction

We believe in better outcomes for all and a more humane world of work.

You agree to:

  • Show professionalism and integrity.

  • Contribute to a constructive atmosphere.
