This is why we have created a report to help organisations to evolve their operating model to unlock the power of AI. The report covers the foundations that you need to build your AI strategy and shares practical patterns/anti-patterns learnings from across sectors. It covers a set of hypotheses to test to help you reimagine your operating model with AI.

This is the 2nd edition of this report co-authored by Maria Muir, Ruma Dak and Mark Payne. It has been updated to reflect learnings from progress made in 2025 and early 2026. The 1st edition of the report was published in Aug 2025.

The intent of the report was to reflect not only where we are today, but also serves as a living, breathing strategy - one that will need to evolve as we learn more from the application and impact of AI. This is not a set-and-forget; it’s a conversation starter, and a catalyst for what's next.
